Do you offer silent appointments?
Yes. Clients may request a Silent Luxury Appointment for a peaceful, low-conversation experience.

Can I work during my appointment?
Absolutely. Laptop trays, charging access, and a minimal-interruption environment are available for clients who wish to work while being serviced.

Can I bring my own hair?
Yes. Approved Bring Your Own Hair (BYOH) options are available for select services. Hair must be new, unopened, and approved before your appointment.

Can I bring guests?
To maintain a relaxing luxury environment for all clients, extra guests are not permitted unless previously approved.

What if I arrive late?
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.

What if I have trouble holding my head up during service?
For the best results, clients must be able to comfortably hold their head upright during the braiding portion of the service. Excessive head dropping, leaning, sleeping, or repeated reminders to sit upright may affect the quality of the installation and could result in the service being discontinued without a refund of the deposit.

Do you require consultations?
Consultations are recommended for Miracle Knots, extra-long styles, clients with scalp concerns, or those experiencing previous braid-related damage. 🤎✨👑🌿
