Do I have to select a prep option?


Yes. Every braid appointment requires a prep selection to ensure scalp health and braid longevity. You may choose:


• Client-Prepped

• Essential Cleanse

• BTP Wellness Cleanse (Head Spa Recommended)


Proper prep protects your crown and improves the longevity of your style.

What happens if I arrive without proper prep?


If hair does not meet prep standards and time allows, a cleanse may be added to your appointment. If not, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Are your braids supposed to hurt?


No. Braiding should never be painful. The Scalp-Conscious Braid Method™ prioritizes controlled tension and client comfort.

What is the BTP Wellness Cleanse?


The BTP Wellness Cleanse is our signature scalp-focused treatment. It includes scalp analysis, detox or hydrating cleanse, extended massage, steam therapy, and Japanese Head Spa techniques.


It is highly recommended for optimal scalp health and braid longevity.

Do I need a consultation?


Consultation is required for:


• Miracle Braids

• Waist-length or longer braid styles

• Clients with scalp concerns or previous braid damage

How long do braid appointments take?


Service times vary based on size, length, and density. Luxury appointments are intentionally unhurried to maintain quality and comfort.

Yes. Quiet appointments are available upon request and are designed for clients who prefer minimal conversation in a calm environment.

What is your cancellation policy?


Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may transfer once with proper notice.
