Booking Policy
All appointments require a deposit to secure your date and time.
Prep selection is required at booking.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee. Client more than 15 minutes may need to reschedule.
Prep Requirements
Hair must be detangled and free of excessive buildup if selecting Client-Prepped.
If hair does not meet prep standards, a cleanse may be added or the appointment rescheduled.
