How to Book

1. Select your braid service.

2. Choose your required prep option.

3. Add up to two enhancements (optional).

4. Submit your deposit to secure your appointment.

All appointments require a deposit and confirmed prep selection.

Prep Is Required

Every braid appointment requires one of the following:

• Client-Prepped

• Essential Cleanse & Blow-Dry

• BTP Wellness Cleanse (Head Spa Recommended)

Proper prep protects your scalp, improves longevity, and supports the Scalp-Conscious Braid Method™.

If selecting Client-Prepped, hair must be:

• Freshly cleansed

• Fully blow-dried and stretched

• Free of heavy oils or buildup

If prep standards are not met, a cleanse may be added if time allows or your appointment may be rescheduled.

Appointments are unhurried to maintain quality and protect your crown.

Day of Appointment Guidelines

• Arrive on time

• No extra guests 

• Outside food is not permitted

• Balance is due at completion of service

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

Consultation is required for:

• Miracle Braids

• Waist-length or longer braid styles

• Clients with scalp concerns or prior braid damage

This ensures safe, appropriate installation.
